We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being dispatched (excluding original freight charge).

Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags still attached.  Acquah Limited reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition.
